Blake specializes in traditional weight lifting approaches to training using progressive overload techniques in combination with mainly barbell and dumbbell movements. Coach Robert Hall is the founder and head coach of Atlanta Performance, and will serve as the lead Olympic Weightlifting instructor, here at Village Fitness EAV.
Rob is a USAW Advanced Sports Performance Coach and is a weightlifting champion on the National and International levels, having won gold medals at the Junior, University, and Under 25 National Championships, the American Open Final, the Junior Pan American Championships, and the Masters Pan American Championships.
Rob brings 23 years of experience as an athlete, and over a decade of experience as a coach, producing medalists on the national and international level. Rob earned his Masters degree in Sports Injury Management from Life University.

Blake had a personal experience with being unhealthy. He was 100 lbs. overweight and scared of the gym. After being subjected to the stigma of not knowing how to work out in the gym, he started cultivating a knowledge of fitness and nutrition. Now, happy and healthy, he enjoys sharing that knowledge with people on their fitness journey. He will make fitness fun and inclusive for all ages and body types. Blake uses his knowledge, from his fitness journey, to help others transform their lives the way that fitness and proper nutrition took him from being fat and unhappy to fit and healthy. With a big focus on fitness and nutrition, he has worked with many people, who at first, were uncomfortable in a gym setting. His style of training includes using every tool available (free weights, dumbbells, machines, bands, etc.) that he used in his online training business (Red Shirt Survival Fitness) to ensure that you, too, can “Survive the Away Mission.”
