 Madeline is a NASM certified personal trainer and flexibility coach, and has been working with clients for the last three years. She understands from personal experience how easy is is to fall prey to an all or nothing mindset when it comes to diet and exercise, and is passionate about helping people change their habits to break that cycle and create lasting change.

 She strongly believes that the gym should be a welcoming place for everyone, and is ready to help newcomer’s feel comfortable and navigate an unfamiliar environment. With both strength and flexibility training certifications, she loves helping people enjoy and use their bodies in wide ranging ways that feel good and keep them moving well.
